First of all … of course, consult your doctor before doing any type of exercise program. Furthermore, it is also always best to make sure you are followed by a personal trainer whenever performing a new type of exercise. A personal trainer can guide you and correct your posture as to decrease the risk of injury. If you cannot afford a personal trainer or do not have the time to run to the gym, an instructive video might be a wise purchase.
Since my main field of knowledge is Yoga. I will provide you with some basic Yoga postures that help you tone your body focusing on the areas requested. Please remember that the basis of any yoga exercise is deep and focused breathing. Deep breathing increases the volume of oxygen in the body and can reduce the storage of excessive fat in organs.

Although all these poses can be practiced separately, a calculated and intense flow (Vinyasa Flow Yoga or Asthangha), has proven to be more effective in both muscle toning and burning of calories. Therefore, again, I advise to invest at least in a beginner’s video of either Vinyasa Flow or Asthangha Yoga, such as that you can get familiarized with what it is all about. Yoga has you work your whole body, your mind and your spirit and will be most effective when directed to every 3 of those segments.
The above described exercises do not merely tone the body parts described but do also stimulate adrenaline and sex glands, tone up the nerves in your solar plexus region, help relieve constipation, indigestion, gas and liver conditions. Your heart is being massaged (hence invigorated), which favors and overall improved circulation and consequently metabolism. In a nutshell, these exercises – when practiced regularly and with Endeavour, will change your body and spirit in ways you never could have imagined.
