Can You Eat Your Way Into Loosing Weight?
Everyone knows that there is no such thing as sitting on the couch, eating so-called “fat burning foods”, taking dietary supplements and expecting to fit into a size 0 - after only a few weeks - by merely doing this. There are, however, some simple food choices you can make and lifestyle changes you can bring into your life to promote a higher metabolism and to prevent stocking-up on too many calories.

Why do people want to boost their metabolism? So they can eat more?
Makes no sense at all.
Each individual has a daily caloric requirement. To suggest that certain foods will allow them to burn more calories means nothing... only that they are desiring to eat more calories.
Makes no sense.
What are you going to do if your metabolism were tripled or quadrupled? Would that be a good thing?
Not what you want to hear I'm sure.
But people looking for real answers to weight loss need only look at the amount of calories they consume for their own body composition vs the nutrients in the calories they consume.
